  • Touch the people in your household every day deliberately.

  • This can be:

  • An encouraging squeeze on the shoulder
  • A pat on the back
  • A longer hug than usual

  • In your journal, take a look at the entries for the past few weeks. Do you notice any synchronicities? Mark them with an S.
