  • As you practice EcoMeditation morning and evening, hold the intention that you align your life with synchronicity.

  • Notice emergence when it appears in your personal world.

  • You might observe this in:

  • Colonies of insects
  • Flocks of birds
  • Schools of fish
  • The flow of traffic in cities

  • In your journal, write down three or more big synchronous events that have happened in your life.

  • Also in your journal, make a brief note of any experiences of emergence you’ve witnessed in the past few days.
