  • Take a walk in nature and practice walking slowly. Feel each footfall.
  • Walk or stand barefoot on sand or wet grass for a few minutes each day.
  • During your EcoMeditation practice morning and evening, consciously tune your local self to nonlocal mind.
  • One day, after meditating, in your journal, draw an illustration of your local self and nonlocal reality. You don’t have to be a great artist—just a simple line drawing is fine.
  • Ask nonlocal mind, What is your highest vision for me? and write whatever pops into your head down in your journal.
